ARKADASH may process your display name, email address, internal user identifier, group names, game activity, match history and interactions needed to provide multiplayer features.

How we use information

We use this information to create and manage accounts, operate multiplayer matches and groups, prevent abuse, provide support and improve reliability.

Third-party services

The app may use third-party providers for voice communication, advertising and essential service infrastructure. We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared only where necessary to operate and secure the service or where required by law.

Microphone and voice communication

The microphone is used only for voice communication and with your device permission. You can mute your microphone and locally mute other participants.

Retention and deletion

Information is retained while your account is active and as needed for security and legal obligations. You can delete your account from Settings inside the app or submit a request through our Delete Account page.

Children

ARKADASH is intended for adults aged 18 and over.
