Delete your account

You can permanently delete your ARKADASH account and the personal data associated with it.

Delete your account in the app

  1. Open ARKADASH and go to Settings.
  2. Select Delete Account.
  3. Request the verification code sent to the email address registered to your account.
  4. Enter the code and confirm permanent deletion.

The email code is used only to verify account ownership and prevent accidental or unauthorized deletion.

If you cannot access the app

  1. Email unsubscribe@baygamesstudio.com from the email address associated with your account.
  2. Use the subject ARKADASH Account Deletion Request.
  3. Include your display name. Never send a password, verification code or payment information.

What will be deleted

Your ARKADASH profile, email address, display name, internal account identifier, active sessions, social and group memberships, and other personal data associated with your account will be deleted. Match records that must be preserved for game integrity may be anonymized so they can no longer identify you.

Data that may be retained

Information required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or legal compliance may be retained only for the necessary period. Any retained information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Processing time

Deletion confirmed inside the app is submitted immediately. Verified web requests are acknowledged and completed within 30 days.
